PoliRural H2020 Project is collecting case studies on the 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 in the 12 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 that are interesting examples from practice that are fully of partially transferable to other regions or serve as inspiration for partners in the value chain.
A good example is the case study of Siolta Chroi Co-operative Society, an environmental education and retreat centre, formed in October 2020 at an old farm in County Monaghan.
They are a collective of educators, environmental activists and holistic practitioners who work together to bring opportunities to people in Ireland for deepening their connection with ourselves and wider nature through courses, workshops, retreats and projects.
